We had such a wonderful experience. Elyana made the day special even as things went sideways. She adapted and turned our day into a fantastic tailor made tour based on our desires. Pick up changed due to cruise line mistake she chased us down and off we went. Elyana took good care of our group, saw Kiwi, had gelato and a crazy roller coaster drive then waved us off goodbye. Thanks for making our birthday girl so happy!

Elyana was amazing from before we even met up. After we got on the wrong bus at the Christchurch Port, she followed our bus and was waiting for us when we got off. She immediately took us to a delicious coffee and tea place (with a bathroom) and then to a specialty Manuka Honey shop. She then took us to a wildlife reserve so we could see the number 1 thing we wanted to see in Christchurch NZ - the Kiwi bird! We also saw a lot of other NZ native animals and got to feed a lot of them too! Elyana topped that off with ice cream/gelato and NZ chocolate! As someone with food allergies I was so appreciative of her willingness to adapt for lunch to ensure I could eat safely! It was the perfect way to spend my birthday! No matter what you are hoping to experience Elyana is sure to do everything she can to make sure you enjoy your time in Christchurch!

On May 12, 2026, our private premium tour in Christchurch became one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip, all because of our incredible guide, Elyana. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the day special and personal for us. After asking what we had already seen around Christchurch, she realized we had already covered many of the standard tour stops. Instead of simply following the itinerary, she thoughtfully created an entirely new adventure tailored just for us — and it turned out to be unforgettable. Elyana suggested taking us to Akaroa, and the drive alone was breathtaking. The scenery was stunning, and her knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm made every moment enjoyable. Once there, we booked a boat tour to see the bottlenose dolphins, and the best surprise was that Elyana decided to join us. By then, she didn’t feel like just a tour guide anymore — she felt like a friend sharing an amazing day with us. We sat at the front of the boat watching for dolphins and penguins while taking in some of the most beautiful scenery we’ve ever seen. It was magical. Elyana made the experience so fun, relaxed, and memorable, and her genuine joy made the whole outing even better. After the boat tour, she took us to a wonderful Thai restaurant she recommended, and once again it was perfect. She joined us for lunch, and we spent the afternoon laughing and talking like old friends. It honestly became one of the best tours we have experienced anywhere in the world during our long travels. If you are lucky enough to have Elyana as your guide, you are in for an extraordinary experience. She is thoughtful, flexible, knowledgeable, warm, and truly passionate about creating unforgettable memories for her guests. We cannot recommend her highly enough — this was far more than a tour; it was a day we will remember forever.

Elaina was fantastic. She catered to all my needs. The activities she chose were phenomenal and she really worked with me, so I could get the full north island New Zealand experience that I wanted as compared to going with a set package deal. When I had a few hiccups she was always there to help or have my back. I’ll def be in touch with when I come back for the South (her official territory).

I am in New Zealand on the South Island having an amazing trip with the incredible itinerary Elyana of Estella Royale Legacy Limited created for me and my 24 year old son who’s been living in Queenstown on a work Visa since November. Elyana was the most warm and pleasant tour guide we had. The name itself was an enchanting one to hear. She drove me and my mom around in record time safely and smoothly to multiple places over the course of two days in Christchurch for our little mother-daughter vacation time in New Zealand away from India ! Elyana picked us up from our hotel in the morning and as soon as she entered the lobby, her bubbly presence put us at ease! She then drove us to Cave Rock/Tuawera where we had some comforting hot chocolate and chatted about family, academics and the certain pull that Asian cultures experience. She patiently waited while we walked along the beach and gazed at the magical blue water. From there, we picked up some food for she insisted so sweetly lest we starve on the hills haha and we then reached Akaroa! Such a beautiful French town with delicious local ice cream and clothing stores and chinaware! She booked me in for a 2 hour cruise where I luckily caught glimpses of little Penguins and Dolphins! Elyana took us on a little walk down the curve of the road where we shopped some souvenirs for dears ones back home :) We were done for the day but life is unpredictable and sometimes it can be a delightful surprise and what happened next was definitely one of those pleasant turn of events for Elyana spontaneously offered to take us around the next day as well! I am still grateful for it because that’s how I got to see Janet Frame’s, the infamous New Zealand author’s house located in Oamaru! If it wasn’t for her, it would have been impossible for me to find the place by myself so life can be kind and beautiful at times as well :) So on our second day together, we were able to visit Lake Lake tekapo and Punakaiki after getting mesmerised by the Alpine Lavender farm! Elyana helped us take pictures for my mother took to the lavenders so well! They were beautiful and the weather was warm and bright but super windy haha. Once we reached Oamaru, Elyana took a walk with me to explore the artistic town where we browsed through steampunk themed accessories and clothes and boots and what not! As we finally drove back to our hotel, we were sad to part just yet so we decided to go take a late night stroll in New Regent Street! That final walk was an aptly memorable end to our two days together for we spoke from the heart about how beautiful of a journey Elyana had taken us on, with a genuine heart and an open mind. All I wanted was for my mother to not feel alone or alienated in a country that is so foreign and unrelatable from the country she grew up in and Elyana made sure she felt at home with her affectionate presence and hearty laughs 💕

I recently toured the North and South Islands of New Zealand with Elyana Shukri from Estrella Royale Legacy, and I’m truly impressed with their excellent service. Everything was smooth, well-organised, and thoughtfully arranged. We visited beautiful highlights including Auckland, Waitomo Glowworm Caves, and the geothermal sites in Rotorua. In the South Island, bad weather prevented us from visiting Aoraki/Mount Cook and Milford Sound, but the agent handled it efficiently by arranging an unforgettable helicopter ride to a mountain peak — the highlight of the trip. I appreciate their flexibility, quick action, and genuine effort to ensure we still had the best experience. I highly recommend Estrella Royale Legacy for a memorable New Zealand holiday.

Overall this is my Great Experience New Zealand Trip The best activity is Helicopter ride & Lake Tekapo- undescribed experience👍 The best Hotel- 3 days Villa Queenstown The best food- pack food at Christrchurch nasi tomato & nasi lemak The best tour guide very responsive, comitted, free & easy trip especially by bus many toilet stops & most important muslim friendly ensure we can perform solat at the best. We were well guided & feel like the tour guide is part of our Bank Rakyat team- Alhamdulillah We’ll choose Estrella Legacy again for our next trip
