You can either design the journey around the experiences you want, or tell us your approximate total budget and let ERL suggest what could realistically fit.
1. Tell us about your trip
Your dates determine your available days automatically. Group, incentive and MICE enquiries start at 10 travellers minimum.
Minimum is calculated automatically at 1 room for every 2 adults. You may increase the room count for single occupancy or additional rooms.
Enter your approximate total trip budget in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We will aim to build a realistic starting itinerary inside your budget, while keeping some planning headroom where possible.
“Best balance” may simplify the route or step accommodation down by one level. “Keep my dates” protects the full travel window. “Keep my preferred quality” keeps your selected accommodation level and reduces route complexity / paid experiences first.
2. What would make New Zealand memorable for you?
For each experience choose Must do, Would like, or leave it out. If your trip is too short, the designer protects your Must Do experiences first and tells you what could not sensibly fit.
In budget-planning mode, ERL selects the experiences automatically from your priorities and available budget. You can still add a special request in the box at the bottom.

This is an indicative estimate, not a confirmed booking. Activity rates are based on current published supplier pricing checked on 7 October 2026 where available. Accommodation, private transport, coach and domestic-flight amounts are market-informed, date-adjusted planning allowances because those suppliers price by live inventory, vehicle size and exact itinerary. ERL Tours will recheck every live component before issuing the final quotation. Detailed internal costing is retained by ERL Tours and is not shown in this customer estimate.
